Hydrotherm is the brainchild of British sports and remedial therapist, John Holman, and is widely regarded as the world’s first truly three-dimensional massage system.

Don’t be put off by the name — it’s beautifully simple.

Two warm water-filled pillows lie on top of the massage couch. All you have to do is arrive, lie back, and relax… you don’t even need to turn over.

Your therapist will work her hands between you and the pillows, delivering a flowing, full-body massage without the discomfort of face holes, pressure on your sinuses, or a squashed rib cage.

The warm water pillows gently cocoon and support your entire body, keeping your muscles supple while maintaining perfect spinal alignment. The combination of heat, support and movement induces a deep state of relaxation from head to toe.

Hydrotherm is suitable for everyone – from those with active lifestyles needing recovery and relaxation, to those of a more mature age, and even through your eighties, nineties and beyond (subject to a brief medical consultation).
